Wow...unique shot. Love the concept.
It is filled with great passion and emotion.
Nice shades and reflections.

And a few suggestions : Dunno if it was possible but I'm dying to see a bit of the other eye :) Also I think warmer and more satureted colors would improve this lovely shot.
